My Mission

At Elevate Massage Therapy, my mission is to provide individualized care that promotes healing and overall well-being. 


My innate focus is on deep tissue, myofascial release, injury prevention, training recovery, and/or rehabilitation massage. 

However, this may not always be the solution your body needs to start its healing process. Sometimes we may carry a little too much stress from day-to-day life and simply need time to unwind with a relaxing massage to help the body. Whether you are choosing a CranioSacral Massage, Relaxation Massage, Visceral Manipulation, or a Deep Tissue Massage, I always try to incorporate some corrective work throughout the appointment so the body can start its healing journey.

Therapeutic Massage we will address any trouble areas you may have. Whether it be from a prior injury, chronic holding patterns, or your profession; this massage will help. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massages are focused to release tension and stress with lighter pressure throughout the massage. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. We use firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. Craniosacral therapy uses very gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. It will help the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation, or VM, does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. The VM therapist feels for altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body and then applies VM techniques.
